DiliTrust presented DiliTrust Exec to 700 corporate governance attendees.
Last week DiliTrust attended the Society for Corporate Governance’s 2018 National Conference. This year’s conference was themed ‘Building our Governance Capital’ and the four-day event hosted key note speakers from a variety of fields. They included; Eric Holder, former Attorney General of the United States; Robert J. Jackson JR, Commissioner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Times Best-Selling Author Kate Andersen Brower.
The goal of the Society for Corporate Governance is to serve their members by providing practitioners with the knowledge, skills and tools to promote effective governance for the benefit of boards, management and shareholders. The event brought together over 700 governance professionals to explore key topics such as:
- How to manage a board with an independent member
- How to respond to the Shareholder’s demands
- The differences between Private and Public Company Governance
- Understanding how Board Committees for Private Companies work
- Understanding what’s at stake for the Shareholders
Members of the DiliTrust team were present at booth #15 to talk to participants about DiliTrust Exec which is the perfect companion for corporate governance professionals.
