ILA Directors’ Day 2019

ILA is a non-profit organization, created to support Directors in their functions and to promote the profession by developing its members into highly qualified Directors. ILA is qualified as “the voice of corporate governance in Luxembourg”,as its role is to promote best practices in the field of Corporate Governance through high quality training, forum discussion, research, publications and conferences.

DiliTrust is a proud sponsor of  “ILA Directors’ Day” , where governance experts will share their experiences and best practice insights on the latest trending topics in relation to corporate governance. This year, for the 8th edition of the event, the formal session will conclude with an awards ceremony for the new ILA certified directors and ILA certified company secretaries. This will be followed by  a cocktail hour which will give participants the opportunity to network. DiliTrust will be present in the exhibition area, where our team will have the opportunity to meet attendees and discuss our current corporate governance software solutions.
