Through this acquisition, DiliTrust now tops the list of corporate governance solution providers in the Indian Ocean.
Over the past 20 years, Agileum has been helping companies in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean to master new technologies to optimise their performance. One of its products, PROmeeting, is a ground-breaking solution in the region for the digitization of corporate governance. Similar to DiliTrust’s digitalization module, PROmeeting simplifies and secures all processes and documents related to the organization of board and committee meetings and is the preferred solution of several renowned companies operating in the banking, financial, industrial and insurance sectors.
Meanwhile, DiliTrust is already established in the Mauritian corporate governance market since the company opened its subsidiary five years ago. Under the stewardship of Yacine Gouich, DiliTrust MEA already works with several prestigious companies by offering them the DiliTrust Governance suite to meet the digital transformation challenges of legal departments.
The new partnership between DiliTrust and Agileum now makes DiliTrust a leading company in the SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for corporate legal departments. In addition, DiliTrust offers PROmeeting users a wider range of functionalities and complementary solutions to extend digitization to all of their legal activities, such as the management of legal entities, contracts and litigations.
